IMPORTANT NOTE:  For these instructions to work, you must have associated your listing's address with the SUPRA lockbox on site.  If you forgot to do this, it can be accomplished directly in the Ekey app. 

To provide one-time access to a property for an appraiser or home inspector, agents typically use the Managed Access (or Single Access) feature within the Supra eKEY app.

Agent Steps to Grant One-Time Access

1. Open the eKEY App: Select My Keyboxes.

2. Select the Property: Tap the specific keybox assigned to the house.

3. Grant Access: Choose Grant Managed Access.

4. Enter Contact Details: Type in the appraiser’s or inspector’s cell phone number.

5. Schedule Time: Select the agreed-upon access day and time window.

6. Send: Tap Send. The recipient will receive a text message with instructions to download the app and a link to their one-time authorization code.
